Clean room although it was a bit small for a family room at this price point. The AC doesn't go below 20C.

The room was a good size. The pool, as others have mentioned, is small and always busy. Some days the room was better serviced than others - e.g new cups. The little fridge did not seem to work although the light was on. The breakfast is not good value for money - you’re better off going to one of the nearby bars.

The hotel staff was excellent from start to finish from reception staff to the cleaning staff. The main problem was the outside pool area there was not enough loungers as tbere was only 26 with a full hotel and also the gym members was using the pool there needed to be at least another 26 loingers. No pool bar very disapointing if you needed a drink on a hot day you had to go inside and geo to main bar,bery poor idea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful arranging taxis and suggestions for the trip to Bilbao. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh We enjoyed swimming in the clean pool with a lifeguard and outside showers and toilets available.Room was clean and serviced daily

Hotel was fine except the food and beverage service was very limited.

Check in was easy & very friendly staff, Bar staff we very friendly, rooms were clean but a little small & not enough hangers & no cupboard / draw space. Reception lounge area was fabulous & great 2 sit & relax & have a drink. Bit out of it but Metro just around the corner & only 1 stop to old town, get a metro card as it is so cheap & easy to use.

The staff was wonderful… give them a good raise. The proximity of the cathedral, Nuestra Señora de Begoña, was an added attraction since it was originally named the Cathedral of Santiago (St. James) and the old “Camino” in the 1500’s.

Great breakfast. Location is not great androoms on lowe floors are a little depressing.
