Positive: It was pretty spacious for the money. Beach access was a short walk away. Provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Free parking was nice as well.
Negative: The check in process was a bit messy as the instructions weren’t super clear. Apartment was a bit dated. Dishes and especially blender weren’t very clean. Shower didn’t drain very fast which ended up in a tub almost full with every shower. The TV apps like Netflix did not work as it said other people were logged in. Bathroom looked like it was patched up by an amateur. Had to walk through a “hard hat required” zone to get out of the building to go to the beach. Staff didn’t care much about anything-not very helpful. Host was only accommodating with check in but not after seeming annoyed that I called. Didn’t answer after that.
Summary: Was decent but could have easily been better for the money.

Great location. Liked the amenities. Beds were comfortable.
Negative:
Bathrooms need to be updated. The shower kept clogging up and there was mold under the shower door that kept falling in the shower. Need some pot holders for the over.

The location was great, big apartment and free parking. The apartment had lots of details that were a plus.
Negative:
2 days before we leave the pool was closed. No one told us why until we asked. We expected a refund for those days without pool since the reservation included it and for us was a must to have pool.
For those that came after us, stayed at the condominium and wanted pool, I don't know what happened or how they managed it.
