Ocean's Edge was a great place for our week long getaway to Belize and Ambergris Caye. We stayed for five nights and couldn't be happier with the condo. It was exactly as described - spacious and beautiful. The view over the ocean is breathtaking and we loved the large wraparound patio in our condo (3A). The access to the water and free use of kayaks and standup paddleboards was a huge plus. The condo was immaculately clean and the management company, Pelican Reef, was extremely helpful and responsive in all of our dealings with them. The layout and finishings of the property are perfect and provide lots of room for a family. Wifi quality is good and you can work from here remotely if needed.
Negative:
The location is a little far from town but nothing major - about a 15-20 minute drive on the golf cart, which you should definitely rent. There is a bar and small restaurant across the street with good food (pizza and sandwiches) but for other food options and groceries it is necessary to head to town. We didn't mind though as the road is good and the drive itself is pretty fun.
Summary: Awesome privately owned condo for a great stay on a gorgeous island.
