“I had planned a surprise birthday overnighter and the room I got was pool side, only to get there and the pool was not working, was rusty and needed a new drain but still paid full price. No discount offered. The hot tub was not hot and full of sand, the paint was chipping and the amenities just seemed old. The room was updated but had ripped couches and marked up tables. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were all bunched up as if they needed to be replaced. Overall it wasn’t terrible as it was in the resort section but for the price and cleaning charge it really wasn’t worth it. The room is nice and big though and it was clean. We had to take out our own garbages and recycling but couldn’t check in until 4pm, check out was 11am, the front desk guy was nice enough to give a late check out but it felt like you just got there and get to spend a couple hours before going to sleep and then have to get up and leave. I’d give the entire stay a 6/10.”

“I book for poolside room and the view for a birthday looking a pictures and reading I thought PERFECT.
No pool it was empty and had duct tape. There was no ocean view like pictures.”

“Great ocean view! Ground floor unit was spacious and clean. Unfortunately could hear every step from the people in the unit above us. Our time was shoulder season so only hot tub and steam room were available.”

“Most units are two bedrooms that are owned by folks but our 1-bedroom efficiency unit, although comfortable and clean, was not impecibly decorated. It has a pool and hot tub but we did not use either. Good access to the beach but one has to watch the tides, so be careful.”

“Would be nice to have some kitchen supplies - plates, cutlery, etc. It was hard to find electrical outlets and the bedside lighting needs to be upgraded.”
