Company responsive to issues, house was great. I didn’t trust the elevator so we walked a lot of steps but that was fine! Gorgeous views!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It is in a great location and beach access is easy. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony as well as visiting the local restaurants. We had a great horseback riding trip at Sea Island on wonderful horses and great people running the stable. Beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures made it all perfect. The condo was well stocked with what was needed and everything functioned very well. No complaints and would return.

My family and I stayed at this property 8/13/23-8/17/23 celebrating my mom’s 87th birthday. From the time we got off the elevator and walked directly into the 3rd floor “Penthouse” we were in awe. The views from the open living room, dining room and kitchen were amazing. I’ve stayed in several condos but I must say this was my all time favorite. The sunrise and sunsets were beyond gorgeous. My sisters and I walked the beach daily. The place was super spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths as well as a laundry room. A lively balcony and to top everything off a wonderful 4th floor patio with multiple seating/dining areas and an outside kitchen with grill. The pool is a little small but fit our needs perfectly. The location was great. We were close to the village as well as the King and Prince where we had breakfast. There are many restaurants close by and we enjoyed them all. We didn’t cook but I must say the kitchen was well stocked. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Tim. He was so nice and gracious to us and on my Mom’s birthday he brought her a bottle of Moët which we really appreciated. We only had one issue and it was regarding the cleanliness of the furniture in the living room. Nothing that we couldn’t live with considering everything else was A+. Tim did explain it was the end of the season and the condo was due a deep cleaning in the next couple of weeks. The rest of the condo was immaculate and we would return for another visit. Perfection

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was such a cool place, tons of space, unique design, right on the beach, everything you needed, the air conditioning was crazy good (important in the summer), comfy rooms...I cannot say enough. We so enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again. And the communication was top notch!!!

Booked this place for a last minute weekend getaway with the family. The views are amazing, access to beach was easy, and shops, restaurants and brewery were super close (walkable if it hadn’t been so rainy). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing process from start to finish . Host was courteous , prompt and always available. Property was even more outstanding in person !

This property was perfect for our group of 7. It had everything we needed. The location was ideal and the view was spectacular. We couldn’t be happier with the location.
