Summary: A minimal place, matched by price. Staff was great. Large suite, comfy beds, very clean. No bells or whistles or decor. For people who want to be in a great part of the city, comfy and clean and don’t care about much else, I recommend this highly. The little cafe next door has great coffee etc. and your room door is opened with a real key. It’s like you really live there.

Summary: Larger than average studio room which was in a great location for restaurants, bars and cultural attractions in the LES, Soho, Nolita and a short walk to Greenwich Village. You feel you are in the real NYC and there are lots of subway stations nearby to take you uptown, downtown and to Brooklyn. The J and Z lines at nearby Bowery Station take you directly to Jamaica Station to connect to the Air Train to JFK.
It’s a bit worn in places and would benefit from more pots and pans/ cutlery but for the price, location and friendly staff it’s a great place to stay.
Thanks to Gabe, who is a really nice man and very kind and helpful.

Summary: Just returned from my third stay at Off Soho Suites. This time for nine nights. And again it did not disappoint. Great location, just of Bowery, and the area has an increasingly buzzy atmosphere with plenty going on locally, with lots of creative and urban arts popping up. Can easily walk to lower east side, Little Italy and Greenwich Village with a handful of subway stops minutes away. Our room was spacious with lots of character – has lots of little touches that make a difference, eg plenty of light switches (and simple solid on/off ones, not fancy sliding switches!); really useful well made furniture; lots of space so never felt cramped, good water pressure and shower. Comfortable bed and wardrobe with loads of hangers. Our room was really well serviced each day and kept clean and well stocked. The owners and team are very professional and really friendly and welcoming. This is very different experience from a regular chain hotel – you vey much feel a guest in great part of NYC. Looking forward to my next stay. And at a great price. Would never consider staying anywhere else

Summary: Clean and roomy. Sort of like a 90s NYC apartment. Nice helpful staff too. Good location, near trains. Recommend if you’re ok with nothing fancy..

Summary: We received a warm welcome, and felt like we had a patient friend at the front desk 24hrs a day (all the gentlemen were great - night & day shift). We stayed in the economy room which was like a mini 2-bedroom apartment. Nice and clean and surprisingly spacious in our bathroom, though the rooms were of course small. The kitchen was the best hangout spot with two chairs (no couch/living room). It was very convenient to have a truly step-free and wheelchair accessible entrance, and space for our guest to fit in the bathroom with her chair during a group pit stop. The lobby is cute and nice and quiet since most people enter through the other entrance. We got to see a suite downstairs too and they looked very cute with a nice couch, patio, and brick wall.

Summary: Most of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The room was a bit dated and the mattress was pretty firm, but it was quite clean. The kitchen was nice to have, even if we didn't end up using much of it.

Summary: This place is a great price for a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen in Soho. It is a bit outdated but the place was clean and comfortable and all the appliances were working. They have daily housekeeping and the 2 guys at reception were happy to help and very personable. I think it’s great value for money.

Summary: The room was clean and was organized well but the room smelled absolutely terrible. It had an odor that was like a combination ofmoth balls & horrible incenses! But the staff was very helpful. The room was simply put together and share bathrooms, clean. It will be amazing location for people who just want to spend the night somewhere on a cheap budget.
