Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The only problem we experienced is with the security guy at One Ocean Place. We have been coming to this place since 1989. We have been here every year since 2008. He is very rude and harassing people that used the codes to get through the gates to the beach. There are only 2 fobs in each room and the phone app did not always work. He was asking young girls their room numbers which is creepy. Threatening to disable their codes. A lot of people were very upset with him!
