I came for the history and loved how welcoming the staff was in showing me around. The room was great. Very relaxing.
We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning made our room comfortable. Parking was OK.
This is not just a place to get some sleep-it’s a history lesson you can sleep in! If you appreciate old architecture and the story behind it-this is the place for you! All of the usual hotel needs were available -comfortable rooms, large bathroom, comfy bed (except the pull out, but I knew what to expect…). It’s part museum, hotel and apartment building all in one! Take the guided tour if you have time-very informative! You can also tour on your own. Lovely place, interesting history!
