Summary: Reception is only open 15:00-20:00 so if you need anything or have questions before or after these times, you cannot reach anyone. Check out is at 11:00. Since no one is available at the desk, you cannot check out manually if you prefer to settle charges and have a receipt in your hand before you leave. You must drop your keys in a box and hope they do not mess up your bill. The customer service is non existent, and the rooms are very basic. Cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was normal for a European breakfast. The view from the dining facility on the 19th floor is lovely. The morning staff was friendly, unlike the front desk reception staff who are cold and robotic, lacking any hospitality customer service training. Overall, there's a sinister energy about this place, so we would not choose to stay here again.
