“One of the most beautiful and amazing places I have ever been! 100/10 everything. The design is exceptional, Daria from concierge team made us a small tour around the hotel and its signature rooms: just breathtaking, stylish and elegant, the food from breakfast to dinner was 100% delicious, better then 90% of restaurants I visited during my 1,5 month Italy stay. Daria also helped us to find and deliver to the room the medicine for our dog, and the restaurant opened earlier for breakfast for us to be on time for the early morning excursion. They even made us coffee to go (although they didn’t have carton cups yet, they found it somewhere). All the stuff is very nice and super attentive 24/7. Dreaming to come back one day and take the trip in orient express train 🤍 P.S. they photoshopped a photo of our dog to their postcard 🥹”

“We stayed at Orient Express Venezia for 3 nights in April with a friend, and the experience was truly exceptional. Although the hotel has only recently opened, the organization and service were flawless, you would not guess it’s a new property. The interiors are absolutely stunning, beautifully restored with great respect for the history and architecture of the place. It’s a genuinely breathtaking property. We stayed in a suite, which was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, including a spacious dressing area. What really made the stay stand out was the team, highly professional, yet warm and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Daria at reception for her friendliness, the concierge for being incredibly helpful in organizing our stay, and Sara for her excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
