Enjoy minimalist living in our unique holiday homes, with the tiny house nestled on flat, grassy riverbanks overlooking the Hunter River. This 139-square-foot tiny home features a queen-sized bed for two adults, easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and a bathroom. Amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, which are safe with CCTV around the buildings, but there is no access to the sheds or pool.

What's more our tiny house is just 13 minutes past Largs and Bolwarra to reach the city of Maitland. For further exploration, guests can enjoy sightseeing in the Hunter Region, with Hunter Valley wine tasting tours located approximately 27 minutes away near the small town of Kurri Kurri.
