Positive: Beautiful house that is completely modern and well appointed. Great views through the wall-to-wall windows or hot tub looking towards Agrostoli over the water. We really liked being on that part of the island. Great beaches and small towns to explore. It was such a nice place we spent one whole afternoon just lounging which we rarely do when visiting other places.
Negative: No complaints.

We’d like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Kostas and his amazing family for such a welcoming and pleasant accommodation. The residence has been, without a doubt, perfect with a breathtaking view of the sea right from the terrace. Everything was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts have been lovely, eager to make us feel at home, and always ready to help. Otium Residence is by far the best place to rent if you wish to visit Kefalonia.
