Good location for visiting Wroxham and surrounding area.
Nice size plenty of room for 4 grownups and 2 kids.
Negative:
Not a dislike, as house was clean, but it is getting ready for decorating and as such looks tired in places. Would certainly stay here again.

Positive:
Brilliant location. Property was very nice. Was good to have parking outside.
Negative:
The property had not been cleaned to a very high standard. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the surfaces and several areas were dirty. Cutlery in the draw wasn't clean either. I would suggest that the en-suite carpet is replaced. It was a bit smelly!
