Welcoming staff, great location and facilities
Staff very helpful as we arrived late & booked late. Room clean& quiet.
Perfectly located for walking into town. There are literally dozens of cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk. Mount Maunganui, although still closed to the public following the tragic landslide in January 2026 is only 10 minutes walk. Seafront even less. The rooms were comfortable with cooking facilities and crockery provided making it easy to prepare simple meals. The on site laundry was a boon and most welcome. Parking was a little tight in terms of space size and layout - but no biggy really. An excellent place to base yourself for the surrounding area or for exploring the town.
