We’ve done A LOT of travelling around the world and this is one of the best if not the best city hotel we’ve been to. We literally couldn’t fault a single thing. From check in, to the room amenities, turn down service, the bed is sensational. Even the small details of the dressing table facing the natural light and the Dyson hairdryer. 5/5 and we will definitely be back!
From the moment we stepped out of the taxi on arrival the minute we departed the staff were exceptional. Smiling, very polite, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they all had a warm sense of humour too! This will be one a 'go to' London Hotel for us in future. Well positioned just 2 mins walk to Liverpool St Station / tube. The gym, spa and pool is a great option too. The attention to detail is amazing, so many little details. Highly recommend
