“Although general spaces were lovely many things in the room were showing their age. Location was excellent and staff were amazing. Pool change rooms were not well managed and water was pooling on the floors making them incredibly slippery.”

“All staffs are very nice, friendly with smile face. Room has full kitchen equipments that are very convenient. Another good thing is even you check out at 11am, you can still park your car in the garage until 4pm!”

“The room was spacious, and cozy. We liked the most was a small kitchen in the room which has the essential cooking wares. We made breakfast every morning and ate at the restaurant afternoon. After the fun hiking on the mountain, it was very nice to have a pool, jacizzi, and steam room. The hotel is located in front of Whistler gondola, and you can't beat this location. Overall my family loved the hotel and we will definitely come back.”

“Room was not what we expected. Murphy bed is not comfortable to sleep on. The “mountain” room faced thr poolr area where you can see some of the mountain. The worst part was kids in the pool past 10pm. Super noisy for those that want to get to get early and start early the next morning. Staff were great, but obvious signs the owners do really cater to repeat business (broken elevators causing massive delays). Would not visit again.”
