Peaceful and relaxing. | House in Rural Estates

The house and property was clean and well stocked (emphasis on well stocked). Quiet neighborhood away from the beach but still only a 10 minute drive to Vanderbilt beach. The pool was nice but you had to walk up to the main house to use. The bathroom and grill by the pool was a big plus. Owners were GREAT!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the property was just as advertised. We were looking for a down time week after a busy stretch and this rental met the expectation. Well appointed, well stocked, quiet location, and in very good condition. Bed was comfortable. It was an easy drive to downtown Naples for parks, restaurants, beaches etc . . .We enjoyed the small screened in porch in the evening. One suggestion for the cleaners is to change the dust mop pad, and replace the broom, they were unusable when we tried to clean upon departure, and to vacuum/clean the HVAC intake vents. Otherwise our visit was most enjoyable!

We loved our stay here. A quiet and well-appointed house for a very pleasant stay near our family was perfect for us and would be ideal for a family with young children. The pool, a short walk to the main house, was accessible and easy to use. We liked the serenity of the pond behind the house and the roosters crowing in the morning. The location is near the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and the Bird Rookery, and near the big Corkscrew playground park, but close to grocery stores and pharmacies.

We loved our stay. Watching the horses next door was fun too. The lit fountain at night was so beautiful. The host and hostess were very friendly but rarely seen. The swing set play area was a big bonus for a 5yr old and 2 yr old. The pool was a perfect temperature. There was everything a person could need including a grill. We felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. The only downside was the 30 minute drive to the Naples beaches.

The house was very nice and updated. It’s in a quiet area. The house comes with a generous amount of things for your stay. The only disappointing part is that you are expecting a pool at the residence and that is not the case. The pool is at the other house on the property and there are limited hours to enjoy it. So if you wanted to kick back at night by the pool that isn’t an option. If it was advertised that you had access to a pool and that is isn’t right out your back door that would have been helpful in the decision process.

We were pleased with the actual house but feel the information and photos are a little misleading. The pool is part of the main house and is not private. You are able to use the pool when you want to but for us that would be a little uncomfortable. There is no lanai or patio for this house either. There were no lawn chairs to sit outside on the lawn if you wanted to so was a little disappointed. We will take the blame for not researching the property more thoroughly. But on a positive note the house was nice, the check-in was easy and the owner was responsive.

This charming guest house, sitting in the rear of a deep property, faces a lovely pond created by the owners and surrounded with the beautiful natural rural Florida landscape. Situated on a quiet dead end street, it has it’s own drive past the main house, with easy parking for three cars. The owners graciously encourage you to make use of the whole property. The pool is a short walk from your front door and protected from wind in a semi-courtyard setting at the main house. A neighboring horse property keeps a few chickens, sheep and if you are outside on the guesthouse screened porch, you’re treated to a gentle morning concert, with birdsong, horses nickering, the rooster crowing, and the faint baaing of sheep. In the afternoons I loved watching a very skilled rider move a variety of beautiful horses through training and some dancing steps. The owners afford you complete privacy, but are very friendly and delightful to talk to.
