Arrivals & Check-in
Contactless check-in, practical layout, settle straight in
Positive:
The receptionist was exceptional: kind, attentive, a good problem solver and customer oriented.
In addition the room had the best mattress from all places visited in Sumava.
Negative:
I didn't like the sink in the room; It's fine for washing hands, but it's very uncomfortable for washing your face. Also, the window of the room should have a curtain.
Summary: Great time at Modrava
