Positive: We arrived late at night (owner knew our arrival time) and there was no heating in the bedroom, it was freezing cold! About 12 degrees. We put the heating on (air inverter) and went straightly to bed. Woke up couple of hours later completely freezing because the previous settings were on fan and not on heating (unlike downstairs in the kitchen). Ended up putting the other electric heater which worked and is not as noisy.
Owner says it takes 20mn to heat up the hot water for the shower, obviously they never tried in April when it's 9 degrees outside. It took more than 1h to get warm water. Had to shower with cold water the first day.
All in all, very cold place, especially not convenient when cold because of the kitchen and bedroom being in 2 separate floors (only outside stairs).
If it's cold or risk of cold, book someplace else.
Summary: Way too cold

Positive:
Its a great location, about 5 mins from Dimitsana so quiet and easy to park.
I had seen reviews about the split apartments and stairs, I could see for some people that might be an issue.
I was travelling with my wife and 2 9 year olds.
We eat out most of the time so when we came home we only used upstairs so all was fine and kids loved it.
There is a great grill bar in the village , Oi Milezeis ( cannot spell that) younger crowd but grill superb, and manager crazy :-)
Our host recommended a place in a village called markoy , but its Marcos on google map, we went there but was turned away as they had all tables booked ( bus tour maybe) which they had the curtesy to post that before hand.
However there is a tiny Taverna also in the same villa Allothi , its tucked behind the church. wonderful food , wonderful people and fair price.
Overall we liked very much this apartment and it must be lovely in Spring
Negative:
I fell over the stairs by the door they are all different levels, need remake those.
Summary: Great Value Property and good to be a bit outside the main city
