A great local park, bike track & walking trails only a few mins away. Relax in multiple living areas, with lots of outdoor space, including a separate private balcony. The large backyard is accompanied by a large in-ground pool.

Enjoy the sheer space of this home. All 5 bedrooms are extra large & you can relax in multiple living areas, with an abundance of outdoor & indoor living.
There is an outdoor patio overlooking a large in-ground pool & extra large backyard. Perfect for kids and furry-friends! We do ask that pets stay outdoors. There is also an additional private balcony accessible from the lounge room, where an Air-Conditioner is located. The main bedroom has an air conditioner as has the kitchen . Other bedrooms are accompanied with fans for the warmer months, while hydronic heating throughout for the cooler months. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, with an additional outdoor BBQ for use. Complete laundry facilities inclusive of washing machine, trough and dryer for your use.
