This location was everything we expected. Clean, very pet friendly, and close to the pool and beach. 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family and the well appointed kitchen was great for all our meals. The only bad thing was that there is a golf cart at this location, but we were not allowed to drive it. The golf cart availability would have made it completely perfect. Still a great week! Thanks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great for our family and our two dogs. We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin, and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very helpful, very close to the beach access, swimming pool just across the roadway from the unit. The unit was excellent for having pets and it was very spacious.The only issue we had was the washing machine, an issue with the detergent dispenser, but the property managers were made aware of the issue and made arrangements to address the issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay, highly recommended, but I will add that the availability of a golf cart would be beneficial.
The condo was nice. Very spacious. It isn’t over the top - just a basic condo that serves purpose for a family vacation. Master bath was upgraded. Remaining bathrooms could use upgrade. Community pool was next door, but a bit dated. Condo does NOT include use of golf cart that is parked right outside the unit, which is a big negative. Bedding was nice - upgraded from photos in the Vrbo ad. Communication with manager was good. There were issues with appliances - dishwasher, dryer could be replaced. Keirug has to be replaced. Refrigerator was very nice. Beach closet was great - a nice, unexpected perk.
