Positive:
We chose this place for the location, right opposite the ferry pick up point.
Negative:
When we arrived we were told our room was ready but it was only half cleaned so the cleaner asked if we could leave and come back when it was finished.
At breakfast the service was extremely slow so my daughter sat infront of a dry bowl of cornflakes for 10 mins waiting for some milk. There was no explanation of breakfast options so other tables got fruit juice which we didn't know was available.
This was quite expensive accommodation for what it was.
