Positive: Beautiful and charming house with cosy main room, toys for the kids, and wifi for the teenager. Something for everyone in the family. The location, in a village on the sea, was lovely with two beaches at walking distance and the dinosaur museum nearby. The host who welcomed us was kind and helpful. From a practical standpoint there was a washing machine, an air fryer and a capsule coffee machine which was great.
Negative: It would have been even better if there was a chopping board, an extra salad bowl and heat protector to protect the table from hot food brought to the table.

Positive: Renovated house with 3 floors in the heart of the city (old streets!). Still has a deco and vibe of the old times.
Kitchen is well equipped, everything that you need is there. However, no stove or dishwasher. Smart TV and fast Internet is available if you get bored. There are some books? board games and toys (also for beach) available. It was easy to communicate with a host. Parking has no problem, as house is on a side street and you can find a spot here or there.
Keep in mind - city is literally on the rocks, so going up and down should not scares you. Plenty of things to see if going by foot and whole Asturia is accessible via highway. Also there are buses running here and there.
Be careful when climbing via old streets as stones are slippery.
Negative: A bit uncomfortable bed's (mattress) and might be too small for ppl higher 180 / with > 90 kg
