“Beautiful boutique hotel in Hydra Town. Just blocks from the ferry docks. Small property, only a few rooms, excellent housekeeping. And a homemade breakfast that was huge, varied tremendously from day to day, multiple dishes, and NOT a buffet. From pastries to fruit, eggs, coffee, custard…so glad we opted to eat there instead of going to a restaurant. Fantastic place, would go back in a heartbeat. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel on a perfect island. The hotel is charming and has lovely balconies and meeting areas with fresh flowers everywhere. One can hike uphill to the rural villages along paths with wildflowers in abundance. It is an easy downhill walk to shopping, seaside restaurants and beaches. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful owner. ”

“Nice spacious room at the bottom of the hill and close to where the ferry docks.
Easy walk to everywhere except the Monastery at the top of Mt Eros which isn’t an easy walk from anywhere!

“The Phaedra Hotel is lovely. It is close enough to the port, dining, shopping, etc to walk back and forth many times a day with ease. The noise here consists mainly of roosters, donkeys, and church bells- all pleasant. The breakfast includes more than enough food, much of it home baked. I would be delighted to return.”
