Summary: Location is convenient for airport proximity if you have an early flight. The rooms are in excellent clean condition! One disappointment is that the pool is only available July August. Otherwise it's reserved for a swim school. We didn't find that out till after booking confirmation.
Pizza restaurant onsite has excellent pizza, good wine selection. The restaurant is simple but it's clean. Road leading to the hotel is very rural, so be cautious if walking to town( 10min walk). The ladies at the front desk were helpful to refer to an airport transfer service, if you need. We walked through the town a little and the people are very relaxed and helpful, with our beginner Italian
