“Room was clean and staff is friendly. They can improve many key aspects. Due to the price I expected a lot more. Very difficult to control shower temperature, it was super hot or super cold but no middle point. The noise is bad, really bad, you can hear conversations from your neighbors and all people walking outside, don’t expect to sleep at night. Internet was not working and they took around 5 hours to send someone and check it. ”

“The service, location, room cleanliness, were simply perfect. Enjoyed the visit and one night stay in Val'Quirico on a Monday. No crowds, no waiting list at restaurants; in summary, avoid the weekends and stay at least one night at Pietro Santo. Highly recommended.”
