Positive: Firstly please be aware that there are 2 hotels with the same name above and at the base of the mountain. We stayed at the one in the base near ATVs. We had a positive experience there. The food is nice and free breakfast that you can order from menu. The view is splendid but can also be noisy due to traffic in the daytime. Hotel staffs and manager Rayees were friendly. There was a bus gate nearby so a lot of shops including Indian sweet shop. ATMs nearby did not work for foreign cards.
Negative: There is sometimes a very stinky smell coming from the bathroom.

I stayed at pine view resort Gulmarg though my booking was at pine view Tanmarg. The location at Gulmarg was good with mountain View from balcony of room
Negative:
The room size was bit small as compared to my original booking at Tanmarg property. Only one staff was taking care of guests probably due to off season.

Hotel Manager Mr. Raees and Hotel Staff were very supportive and Cooperative. Food too was good. Location is perfect, Nearby Market is just ok for the trip needs.
Negative:
1. Power loss means no hot water, we could not take a bath on the checkout day.
2. No AC, In June days are bit hot, i prefer AC than fan when it reaches 30 degree Celsius. (Fan just does the job).
