Positive: The place is beautiful and the staff friendly and happy to help with all issues. The cabins were ample, well maintained, and very clean. The food was excellent and offered a very good choice of family friendly menu items.
Negative: Access requires a 4x4 vehicle, although the hotel offers a place to park a car at the foot of the hill and can send its own transport to pick you up. The ride will be very bumpy, but I think that the destination is worth it. While this didn't affect me, the place is not wheelchair accessible.
Summary: A lush oasis of calm

Positive: The location was beautiful and the individual units very comfortable. The many lagoons and waterfalls on the property were spectacular. Going tubing on the river was lots of fun. The food was good. The wait staff was outstanding.
Negative: The amenities we were interested in, such as the spa and horseback riding weren't available. We also were greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist. As a first impression of your hotel she was awful.
