PLAZA Premium Darmstadt Reviews
“The hotel was okay for a one-night stopover on the way to our next destination. It served its purpose, but the overall experience was fairly average.
The staff didn’t come across as particularly welcoming. Our room had a noticeable smell of sweat, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well, so we had to open the windows to cool the room down.
Overall, it’s acceptable for a short overnight stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.”

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was diverse, tasty, and good, but the price of the breakfast was a bit expensive. Other than that, I am very happy with my stay at the hotel, and I would recommend it.”

“The hotel is very clean and had great facilities. The breakfast is also very good. The only thing that lets it down is the WiFi in the rooms. I have stayed here a few times now and the WiFi has not improved. I have mentioned this to the hotel previously. As I use this hotel for business trips this is something that is making me look to other options to stay for my business trips”

“Wifi on the seventh floor is terrible. They should fill the rooms on the non train side first before giving out rooms on the noisy train side. The piano bar was closed on Saturday night due to staffing, so no food was available on premises that day. ”
