Positive: Podere Casanuova is a hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. With just 4 apartments (each has its own private terrace) it’s a peaceful oasis with stunning views over the Tuscan landscape and the towers of San Gimignano.
Roberto and Sue are incredibly welcoming and have furnished the property with care to make it feel like a home from home - they were also available to share advice on things to do/see and where to eat/shop.
Olive oil tasting and pizza night was a lovely treat too as was the yummy welcome basket!
Just a 5 minute drive to San Gimignano and it was easy to travel to towns and other attractions (Sentierelsa was stunning) due to Podere Casanuova’s fantastic location.
Negative: Nothing!

The property is absolutely breathtaking – every corner, every detail so thoughtfully designed and full of character. You can truly feel the heart and soul that has been poured into this place. The peace and quiet, the endless views of the Tuscan hills, the beautiful pool, and the incredible space around the property created the perfect setting for a dream getaway.
We spent 5 unforgettable days here, completely unwinding and soaking in the beauty of nature. It felt like home, but even better. The owners are truly wonderful people – warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy, making us feel more like friends than guests.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Thank you for creating such a magical place – we already can’t wait to come back!

The location was quite with very nice views.
It was great to have the swimming pool to chill out during the day.
It was secured, the apartment had privacy, it was quiet.
Negative:
The road to get to the place was not ideal if you don’t have a SUV.
The apartment was hot and during the night no breeze was coming into the house. It would be much more preferable to have an air conditioning rather than a fan when the outside temperature is high 30s.

Everything was perfect. Location, property, outside area with grill, wonderful garden… Lucia is very kindly and helpfull, the swimmingpool is also perfect. I can only say it was the BEST!!! Very nice holliday in Tuscany
