“Room is very basic and needs updating. Beds very firm. No chair to sit in. But the location is perfect and so is the price. The pool is lovely and the staff are too. One of the very best restaurants on the island and the setting is over the water. Perfect!! Ask for an adapter to charge phone or other devices if needed from the front desk. This is one of my favorite places to stay for a night or two while traveling for the restaurant and the location right by the water!”

“This was my first stay at this hotel, and overall I had a good experience. The ocean view was beautiful, and the room was comfortable. The only issues I had were that the blankets were quite small and didn’t provide much coverage. Also, the morning after I threw away a food container, I found ants all over the trash bin, which was unpleasant. I hope the hotel can improve these issues, as everything else about my stay was enjoyable.”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was a decent size and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The hotel is in a great location, with beaches within walking distance, and having a restaurant downstairs was very convenient. However, on the first night it rained, and there were a huge number of flying insects swarming around every light in the room. It was quite frustrating as I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from, and it made the evening uncomfortable. The blankets were also quite small, so they didn’t provide much coverage.”

“Very friendly staff and other guests. Love to talk and share local info. Very inexpensive. Nice local feel, not up tight Request rooms 202 to 207. On the second floor. Highly recommend if you enjoy people”

“We could hear the ocean and see it from our room. Air conditioning worked well. Lukewarm shower needed it to be hotter for a comfortable showering experience. All staff was vey helpful and welcoming. ”

“Room was nice and staff was mostly wonderful. We did have one incident with a staff member at check out, but it was later rectified. As of our stay in Jan 2026, they were undergoing some construction. Noises were kept to reasonable daytime hours for that. The attached restaurant was good, but had loud music playing late into the night. ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were good as well. Having a café and bar on the premises was a great convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
