This property features 8 exterior security cameras: There are 3 doorbell cameras; 1 next to the main house's front door, 1 next to the mother-in-law suite's front door, and 1 next to the garage entry, all of which face the entrances. There are 2 cameras on either side of the home facing the perimeter of the property. Two cameras are located on the back of the house facing the yard, and the final camera is located on the garage facing the driveway. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub.
