Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this family friendly home boasts four inviting bedrooms with one King bed, two Queen beds and two Twin XL beds, each fitted with comfortable new mattresses. Our home features 55" smart TV, outdoor pool/spa, pool side patio, backyard mini golf. Close to hiking trails and university campus. Short distance drive to Universal Studios Hollywood, Los Angeles and Malibu (beautiful SoCal beaches).
