No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed. Please be aware there are outdoor cameras.

No shoes in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are all carpet so I kindly ask no shoes be worn to ensure cleanliness for you and future guests. Thank you.
**By proceeding with the reservation, you are complying to swimming at your own risk. Please make sure all minors are accompanied by an adult. Any use of the slide or diving board are used at your own risk. Weight limits for the slides and diving board are 100 lbs at a time. Please do not exceed the weight limits. Thank you. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio.
