The home will remain available to rent, however please be aware of the potential for construction noise and disruption during the day (Mon-Fri only). For safety purposes, back yard will be closed for guest use during construction. Pop Art Verde Valley Casita (mini-home) is the perfect retreat for 2 guests. Enjoy dining in in the well-equipped kitchenette with bar seating for 2. Then relax with the king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with modern shower/tub.
Soak in stargazing from the spacious outdoor furnished private deck or fire up the firepit in the backyard for sweet s’mores.
*This suite comes with its own private entrance and deck. It is attached to a larger home, which is available in 3,2 or 1 bedroom configurations for group flexibility. **This property MAY be rented to two guest groups simultaneously. Advance notification will always be provided. Common spaces are the driveway (parking), and backyard. Both the main house and Casita have their own exterior entrances (see photos).
