Premier Inn Bremerhaven | Hotel in Hafen, Bremen

“when we arrived not only check inn took about 30min it turned out they run out of big rooms so we have been given two small ones however this didnt work for me and my disabled husband and two little children so we have squished ourselves into the small room. when i went downstairs to say that we cant do it like that i have been told that legaly they cannot accept us in this small room and if i deny the other room we will be left with no where to sleep with no refund. also we have just travelled from cambridhr uk about a 10 hours drive in the summer heat. i did not want to look for another hotel at night in the place that i do not know. the member of staff was rude and not helpfull at all. i think there was a manager behind the bar he has helped with directions to a shop and extra coffee shashets. however on the next day the main water supply was cut off to the hotel which left my kids stuck with soap when taking shower. hotel was very clean and furniture was modern. however staff behind the check in desk should be traind in customer service. will never be back there. horrible start to my holiday”

“New and clean rooms, professional staff (most of them with excellent English). Central location, walking distance to everything you would like to see. Small bar, no real restaurant (plenty in the area) Resonable price for parking 12 EUR/night, not many spots though. Charging stations not ready yet. Breakfast, basic but in line what to expect at a place like this. Small breakfast "room" and few staff can lead to a bit of a chaotic situation with slow removal of dirty dishes.”
