(Private beach access right out your back door). In addition to the private beach and the Ocean on one side, you have a beautiful saltwater pond across the street. This home is your escape to the beach, kayaking (we provide two kayaks), or simply sitting on our elevated deck and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the ocean. You are 1/2 mile from Town Beach at Matunuck (South Kingstown Town Beach), and less than 3/4 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. There is also a fishing area less than a 3-minute walk down the street. This is also a great area for bicycling (we provide bikes).
This house has a modern kitchen for cooking large family meals along with a large pantry closet, an open dining room leading to a relaxing living room.
