The house has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated to sleep 8-10 guests. The kitchen is large, open, and has new, modern appliances that any chef would love. There is a large master bath with 2 shower heads and double vanity as well as an additional 1/2 bath. The large, wrap-around deck is perfect for hanging out, grilling, and outdoor dining during the summer months. A fire pit overlooks the lake, perfect for s'mores and listening to the loons! Enjoy Lakeshore Point throughout the summer and winter.

Winter - just 45 minutes from Sunday River with local mountains even closer, it's the ideal spot for family skiing. It's also right near many snowmobile trails, including ITS 89. If ice skating is your thing, you have Canton Lake right outside your front door! Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio.
