Live like a local in this lovely two-bedroom private pool home located in Clearwater and nearby our areas most beautiful beaches. Home is in a well maintained area with a short drive to local shops and stores. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home can sleep up to 5 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large screened in pool area with dining set, sun loungers, resort style sitting area, fire feature, ceiling fan and TV. Just beyond the screened in outdoor area is a nice grassy yard and a waterway that stems from Old Tampa Bay with a dock with Adirondack chairs to sit and take in the lovely Florida weather. Belleair Beach and Clearwater beaches are a short drive from this home. More to your Southwest is the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach- you can park at the public beach access at 25th Avenue across from Guppy's on the Beach. The access is a paid parking lot with showers and restrooms.

There is a master bedroom that has a king bed, large ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and TV along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has both a Queen bed and Twin bed, 2 closets and a TV making this the perfect family home. A washer and dryer is available for use during your stay along with a kitchen full of all the essentials.

Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the waterway, relax at your private pool after a long, exciting day of exploring the town and the beaches, stay in and make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and have a meal around the table, or watch a movie on the flat screen tv in the living room. Whatever you're in the mood to do, this place has it!

Living Room: at front of the home with sleeper sofa, loveseat, ceiling fan and large TV

Sitting Area: just off the kitchen there is a sofa, accent chair, built in bookshelves, TV, desk with lamp for remote working and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor screened in pool area

Dining Room: cozy area with six top dining table and waterway views from the window

Outdoor Oasis: fully screened in area with heated pool, resort style sitting area, ceiling fan. TV, fire feature, dining table, sun loungers all overlooking the waterway with dock and Adirondack chairs, there's also a nice green space with grass between the screened in pool area and the seawall

Things to do:

Belleair Beach and Clearwater beaches are around a twenty-minute drive from this home.
