Positive: the suite we booked was breathtaking - 5* for the room itself
Negative: We sadly had problem after problem. We booked a suite for 3 - and were told upon check in that one of the rooms was downstairs but I paid for us all to be together so went back to question this. We were told our 2nd bedroom joining to the suite was being taken by a sleeping man who wouldn't leave. We paid over £3000 for 1 night stay in the incredible room and felt like we were not priority to get In it. The hotel eventually got the man out our room by the evening and offered us compensation which we agreed to. The following morning we had 3 separate staff members walk in, including a male who was asked to leave as I was in underwear. We asked him to leave more than 5 times and he just stood there. He then said mini bar - but it was early in the morning around 9-10 so we did not feel it was an appropriate time to be checking the mini bar and especially when we were in underwear. We had a maid walk in and open the curtains around 8:30 and we felt very much like we were being rushed out the room that we hadn't had full access to the day before. Checkout was 11. We let a staff member know and she kindly tried to make things better by allowing us to make content on the rooftop - as we were there for a work trip. I am grateful that she was very kind to us but sadly the stay really wasn't great.
