Positive: Johnny was incredibly attentive and kind throughout my stay. I arrived very late (around 1–2 a.m.) after having some difficulties finding the place, and he patiently stayed up waiting for me and even came out to find me when I got lost. I really appreciated that level of care and support, especially as a first-time visitor to Egypt.
The room itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Small details like a brand-new toothbrush, loofah, and toiletries made a difference and showed that they genuinely care about the guest experience. There was also a small fridge and a coffee/tea station.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the view — absolutely stunning. From the room and especially from the rooftop, you can see the pyramids, which creates a really special atmosphere, particularly in the evening. It’s a unique experience to be able to enjoy that view so closely.
Negative: The location is quite difficult to find, as there is no visible sign and it is tucked away in a street where cars don’t easily access.
The accommodation is on an upper floor (around 4 flights of stairs) with no lift, I didn’t mind but I think it’s important to be aware of.
Regarding the area, while the location is very close to the pyramids (which is a big advantage), the surroundings did not feel particularly comfortable to walk around, even during the day. It may not match everyone’s expectations of what they consider a “nice” or easy area to navigate.
Communication was mainly through WhatsApp, but I was contacted without prior consent, which felt slightly uncomfortable. In addition, my phone number was shared with a third party who contacted me to sell a taxi service from the airport. The messages were quite insistent even after I declined, which felt intrusive and inappropriate.
Another inconvenience was the lack of luggage storage after check-out. Since my bus was leaving late at night, I would normally expect to leave my bags somewhere, as is common in many accommodations. However, this was not possible, and I had to pay extra to keep the room until the evening.
Summary: Great hospitality and unforgettable pyramid views, but with some logistical and privacy drawbacks.

Positive:
A very beautiful and clean place. The view from the room overlooking the pyramids is amazing, or from the rooftop with breakfast, directly overlooking the pyramids. Johnny is a good person who helped us a lot, he and his family. I enjoyed a big buggy trip with them in the desert in front of the pyramids.

Positive:
Authentic experience for me, being run by an Egyptian family that live close by in a narrow street off the main road. I found it quieter for sleeping as much less noise than places on the main road. Musa (Egyptian for Moses) is the family member who runs the Inn and made the breakfast and coffee each morning I was there - a decent and honest man who also works at the Pyramids with his own horses.
Breakfast was good and the view of the three Pyramids is unobstructed.
Negative:
The only problem I had was in the second room I stayed in where the mattress was too old and saggy for my back which has had problems in the past.

Positive:
A very beautiful place with an amazing view from the room you can see four pyramids! The rooms are clean and you can sit on the rooftop and enjoy the free sound and light show, or watch the pyramids at sunset a magical view The atmosphere is very family friendly I felt safe with the hotel's owners and the incredibly kind people A huge thank you to Johnny for helping us with our luggage and for the lovely breakfast
Negative:
Elderly people will only need an elevator, or if they are in good health, it will be suitable. It's not very high, approximately 3 or 4 floors.
