“Old musty smell, out dated rooms. Thick dust under beds air-conditioning smelt terrible. Small bath towels. Was not informed about $300 deposit, staff were not helpful in when I did not have the funds for a deposit. Will never be going again!!”

“Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery - one spoon!”
