Summary: We were in room 215 on floor 2 right next to the staircase that had a door at the bottom and top. Neither door had a slow closing hinge. So every time someone went up or down each door would slam. The one at the top would slam so hard it shook our mirror and door. Needless to say none of us had a restful sleep that night or any peace while in it during the day. The fridge had a leak and there was a puddle of water on the floor when we arrived I also noticed several small stains on our comforters. The next morning we had the “Do not disturb” sign out only to receive a knock at 9am asking if we were checking out. Check out isn’t until 11am. When we did open the door to leave the same guy was standing there asking if we were now checking out! We stayed 1 night and it wasn’t cheap. Will likely look for other accommodations next time we are in town.

Summary: The whole place was run down and smelled bad. The room was dirty and hot and humid. The one treadmill in the gym did not work. I won't stay here again.

Summary: The floor wasn't clean. Beds were good. Front desk couldn't give us an extra blanket and suggested we ask the next morning.

Summary: Honestly the shower in our bathroom made this a five star review, great water pressure and super hot. The room itself was very clean and the price was very reasonable, it was our second time staying here but definitely not our last.

Summary: Staff was very nice and helpful. However room sink could have been cleaned more thoroughly and the hot tub did not get hot after I started it.

Summary: Was greeted by Percy, she smiled, talked to us, and helped us find a GREAT mom & pop restaurant. Every time she saw us, she'd smile and ask if everything was okay. The room was very clean, pool area was kept clean as well. The breakfast was very yummy. When checking out, the gentleman greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was okay. Would definitely go back!! To me, customer service is 60% what makes the stay better! They were 90% great!!

Summary: This is a 2-star hotel. I had to disinfect everything! One of the beds had hair on the sheets when I pulled it back. Some of the bathing towels had black spots or stains on it. The decor is old and dingy. It smelled stuffy and old in the halls and bedrooms! The breakfast food was blah. We left and ate at Cracker Barrel. I will not be returning.

Summary: A little old and run down. Some lights don’t work in the room, way outdated decor. Wasn’t terrible but will look elsewhere next time we are in the area.
