Quality Inn Belle Vernon | Hotel in Rostraver, Pennsylvania

“1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. The second night of our stay our key cards would not permit us to gain access to the hotel access doors or our rooms. The staff was helpful in giving us access to the hotel and our rooms on both occasions.”

“It was a lower price for a night and it’s what you’d expect or a bit less. Dusty dirty vents, the shower ”

“The room was very rundown. Expedia over charged me $66.16 and I won’t be using Expedia anymore. To many other sites that won’t overcharge you.”

“Room smelt like cigarette smoke”

“It was ok”

“Bathtub was not clean, soapscum in tub.. floor in bathroom not swept, something gross on bathroom light switch plate. bed comfy.”

“It was ok. The room had some questionable towels ”

“The staff were great, but the hallways smell of smoke and the rooms are quite dilapidated. ”

“Staff was fine. Bed was not in very good shape. If you laid on the edge you would roll toward the middle. The room smelled and overall needed updating. Disappointed. ”

“Loved the room and the size of it. The doors were hard to get access into.the building and was u comfortabke with that but wverything else was good”
