“Didn't realize when I booked our 2 night stay it was upstairs rooms also we happened to get one ...just would not work for our dog or my husband to many steps informed the staff and they immediately fixed the situation by giving us another room (even tho it was basically my fault )without any hazzle or problems ....thank you again. I stay at a quality Inn again.”

“The night manager when I checked in was excellent. The decor was not as modern as I hoped for. The hotel might be overdue for a major overhaul and renovation.”

“Bathroom light broken and outlets on the base of the lights did not work. Convenient location and decent breakfast.”

“Night clerk told us about a pretty good breakfast they had, all lies. Very disappointing since we stayed there rather than elsewhere mainly for that. Our room was fairly clean but extremely worn out and in need of repair/ update.”

“Upkeep was extremely lacking. Second floor outdoor walkway felt as if you would fall through. No elevator so had to lug everything up the stairs. I'll pass this one by next time.”

“A heavy smell of smoke, in a non-smoking room. There was an ant infestation. More annoying than anything. Hopefully, they will eliminate this, as we directly notified management. Other than that, everything else was fine.”

“It was cheap so I didn't expect much. The lady who checked us in and out was friendly. The room had a smell and beds not great. But it was fairly clean and was fine for a quick overnight stay for our trip.”

“I appreciate the breakfast. The room was clean. The microwave and refrigerator were also. I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff to find an operational remote control. The grounds were clean and I enjoyed being able to walk around for exercise.”
