Overall I would avoid unless there is no option. Dated and not well maintained property - Water getting clogged in bathroom sink and takes 5 mins to drain - on duty manager tried and couldn’t unclog. Said no maintenance staff available to fix and mentioned all rooms are sold out (tough to believe for a mid-week night in this location) and that we can do something tomorrow morning. Next day early morning, noticed we had 2 shampoos in shower, 1 conditioner but no body wash. Front desk manager said we have to make do with small bar soap left at sink to be also used for bath and that’s new policy for quality inn. I had another room for my in-laws and they had a body wash. Took a picture, went back and showed the picture, front desk manager said they are transitioning to new policy - which was not mentioned earlier. Somehow 10 mins later he called and offered to “take out” body wash from another room(another room wasn’t available the night before?) and place it in my room. Overall, a bad experience and would definitely not come back.

It was just okay. Nothing fancy, but a cool place to sleep while visiting the area. Beds were very high off the floor which was just weird and pillow squares were not comfortable. Hallways were not air conditioned and smelled a little funny. Definitely no pets. I was in town helping my daughter and her husband move in(during the heat wave), and the first night they lost power and couldn’t cool their 2nd floor apt down for them and their 2 small cats. At 11pm I asked the front desk if they could come stay with me and they were very firm in their no pet policy. So the poor kids had to spend more money and find a different hotel. I understand but it was a terrible ending to a really rough day of moving. Anyway, if you just need a place to sleep, it’s fine.

The room was very clean; however, it was obvious that this was an old hotel in need of updates. There was no elevator, which makes it a little difficult for seniors staying on the 2nd floor. Ice was only available on the first floor, again an inconvenience but doable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. If you need a budget friendly hotel this will do.

We didn't have a BAD experience but it definitely wasn't exceptional. There was an overwhelming air freshener in the hallways that made it seem that they were trying to cover up something. The room seemed to be damp from humidity. The bed was comfortable and facilities were reasonably clean. Breakfast was poorly stocked and the selections were minimal. It did appear that there was one young man trying to keep up with everything, day and night.

The room was large and well furnished. It stank of old hotdogs water or sewer. Otherwise I would have ranked it higher. Breakfast would be better if just cereal and fruit and coffee. There is a Bob Evans nearby. Very convenient location for Corning Glass.

Room was clean, bathroom door in 127 was not shutting so you had to really push it which was noisy especially at 1am when everyone was sleeping and the fan in the bathroom was noisy otherwise good stay

The property is aging and the room wasn’t super clean, but okay for the price. The breakfast was a disappointment and they end it at 9am.

Super friendly check in and a clean and comfortable room at an affordable price… exactly what I was looking for!
