Parkin good Need updating I know the building is old. Sections of the floor was lifting and needed vacuuming. All the furniture was dusty and one night stand was sticky Two dirty towels left behind only one full set of towels the one extra hand towel for 2 guest not feasible Bathroom sink in the full bathroom hot water only shower pressure was very light. Pool did not look inviting. Breakfast schedule 6 to 9 Am. Went down for breakfast At 7 AM. Coffee lukewarm and old. A few oranges were available soft and old. There was nothing there to eat.

This is not a handicapped friendly facility. No elevators and staff that thinks it is okay to put 2 70 year olds with bad knees on the 2nd floor. I questioned the 2nd floor and the staff member just told us the stairs are over there. The staff could have at least asked if we needed help with our luggage. The ladies room in the lobby was out of order our entire stay. Room was clean but I would not recommend this hotel.

Bed was not comfortable. Just about dead. Floors looked clean, but whoever mopped needs to change out the mop suds between rooms. Bottom of my feet were almost black from residue.

You pay for what you get, it was this or $1000 at Pechanga and we were staying for a wedding so we spent no time at the hotel. But the pictures look way better than the property actually is. Nothing special, I'm sure the orange juice for the "complimentary breakfast" hasn't seen the inside of a fridge in days.

Easy access to parking, In my opinion this place is barely better than a motel 6. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like small pillows hard mattress. Also dirty looking bathrooms where it looks like grime or grunge in the tiles of the showers and tubs . I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and stayed a few different times thinking there would be some better rooms. The answer is nope

The room was VERY dirty gross. The pillows were super small like a throw pillow.

The room was not clean. The shower tile was broken and had mold additionally the entire shower had been painted with something and parts of it was peeling. The laminate flooring approaching the bathroom was buckled and looked like it had been water damaged. The general area was poorly kept with broken items near the walkway to parking lot and paper was covering windows with some of it falling down. Overall the facility was very run down.

It was ok, breakfast area clean, a little old hotel but for the price it’s ok.
