Quality Inn Plainview Reviews
Summary: This property had not been maintained. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the floor was in dire need of repair. The planks were loose and chipped. The outside of the entire property was not well maimed at all. The parking lot was in bad shape. The property needed a fresh coat of paint. There were dead weeds growing through cracks everywhere. What little grass and landscaping was over grown and not well maintained. The entire property looked old, tired, and run down.

Summary: Staff was very nice, at least they had truck parking. Everything else was between a two and a four star

Summary: The TV did not work. The girl at the front desk tried to help but nothing worked. Then in the middle of a shower did I realize there was no body wash whatsoever. The doors need to be shut well otherwise they remain slightly ajar. The staff was very friendly though.

Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service throughout our visit.
The only downside was that the ice machine was not working, and the washer and dryer were also out of service, which was inconvenient during our stay. If those amenities were available and functioning, the experience would have been even better.
Despite those issues, I would consider staying here again because of the cleanliness and excellent staff.

Summary: Motel had new paint and furniture but same old doors and windows. There were no additional security locks on windows opening onto walkway. There were bugs in the bathtub. The floor was sticky. The lobby wreaked of smoke and was loud from the music from the bar next door. Never again.

Summary: I was very surprised & impressed at the large size of the room & its cleanliness. Very comfortable. A few items were worn & could use repair. The pool desperately needed a cleaning. Breakfast was ok & simple. Eggs were cold & dry, but then learned the normal breakfast cook was out. All staff were very warm, friendly, & helpful!
