Quality Inn Springboro West | Hotel in Springboro, Ohio

“No words this place okay”

“The bathroom wall was busted and the whole room could use an overhaul. The staff was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was muffins and waffles. Overall, if you need a cheap place to stay, this is it.”

“There was tape on the ceiling, not sure why. The juice bar was inaccessible at breakfast. Enjoyed the stay.”

“Everyone was nice and clean room pool was clean”

“Rooms were clean. Could use a little better up keep. Shower heads are not good. Can’t get a steady shower, more hard straight steam. Shampoo bottle was empty”

“This is a hotel that needs some updates. The drain in the bathtub was very slow. The faucet had to be in a perfect position or would drip. The carpet was well worn and the walls had ripped wallpaper and the woodwork was well worn. The hallway had a strange odor. Breakfast was not a typical Choice hotel breakfast. There were very few choices and like many hotels if you are diabetic your choices are almost nil. At least they recognize they are not a 5 star hotel. On the back of every hotel door is the max price the hotel is allowed to charge for that room. I think this is the first hotel who had a price lower than $100 listed. Overall the hotel felt safe and the bed was clean and I got some sleep.”

“It was an okay stay and for the price point I can’t complain. Been to MUCH better and MUCH worse for the same price point. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was much more decent than I was expecting. An older hotel and has an odor. Rooms looked decent enough and our room didn’t smell poorly like the hallways. Air worked properly. Comforters were ragged with holes. Some towels had stains.”

“I had to request another room because when opened the room door cat urine smelled so strong I got sick. I had to get another room.”

“Upon entering the room, it smelled like wet dog. Spider webs all in corners of the ceilings. The ac unit, while worked and kept room cool, sounded like it was going to explode, making it hard to sleep. The shower did not drain properly, so you were in a pool of water taking a bath while taking a shower. Wifi was horrible, could never get the tv to work because of the connection dropping. The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the place needs maintenance done pretty bad.”

“This facility is in desperate need of updating and renovating. Our room had wallpaper peaking off the wall and cracks in the wall and ceiling. It was somewhat ominous that the hotel is on “Shart” street. ”
