“The refrigerator had towels in it because it was leaking I was unable to use it the phone wasn’t working I lost the first night stay due to car trouble and I was able to get in contact with them to explain so I lost a night pay. They said it was due to me reserving through a 3 rd party company but you should still be able to contact staff wasn’t happy about that”
